My client is a leading solutions provider, working on high profile and mission critical projects on behalf of a UK and internationally based client portfolio.
Due to expansion and success within their niche market, they are looking to recruit x 2 .NET developers (one senior and one at middleweight level) to help deliver custom software solutions using the .NET framework and deliver and provide cutting edge solutions to meet clients requirements.
The main responsibilities for the senior role will include providing strategic guidance and technical support for the development and delivery of software applications and support services in line with company business priorities and according to industry best practice methods. The responsibilities for the middleweight role are closely aligned to those of the senior role, but will be mainly focussed on pure .NET development work and the provision of technical expertise to the team.
The ideal candidates must have experience in: .NET (C#/VB.NET) hands-on development, strong SQL Server design experience is essential. Experience with unit testing and Agile methodologies is advantageous, but not essential. Responsibilities for this role will include producing very high quality output to meet the stringent demands of clients, as well as maintaining a keen interest in the evaluation of new development tools and techniques. You will be encouraged to keep learning on the job, and the nature of our business means there will always be interesting projects for you to work on.
