My client is a leading global organisation focused on delivering integrated and intelligent technical solutions and services, working in partnership with a number of world-renowned and recognised strategic and technological partners and clients.
Due to their rapid expansion and success, they are looking to recruit an experienced Business Solutions Architect/Team Lead, who will be responsible for the delivery of projects and who can manage system architectural responsibilities alongside technical project management and team leading. This role will involve you working in a consultant's capacity (both hands-on and client-facing), and you will be required to take total ownership of a project and deliver a complete solution liaising with other teams/external agencies where required.
You will be responsible for gathering requirements from clients and producing technical documentation and reports as well as having an understanding of your clients' business well enough in order to design and deliver new effective systems in accordance with their requirements and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will also have previous use of UML and other design tools and proven team leading experience for teams of up to 4 developers. Proven skills in the architecture of medium sized systems for Real Time environments is essential.
