My client is a leading and award winning Microsoft Gold Certified Partner based in Hampshire and due to their success and expansion they are looking to hire an experienced MOSS 2007 Team Lead. The Team Lead will be client facing and solution focused and therefore will have overall responsibility for driving the technical delivery of the software solution through to completion.
The main tasks for this role will include undertaking analysis to identify client requirements and producing requirement documents, as well as lead the technical architecture and design of solution features based on client expectations, business requirements and budget. The team lead will also be responsible for day-to-day management of the development team during the project and will be accountable for technical quality of solutions delivered to clients.
Essential skills for this role include experience of Microsoft Server Technology Office SharePoint Server 2007 & Portal Server 2003, Visual Studio - .NET v2 Framework, SQL Server, C#, XML/XSL, HTML, IIS, operating systems and Source Safe. The ideal candidate needs to have 12 months MOSS 2007 experience and must have previously worked on SPS2003 projects as well.
